The Leo Workwear Appledore Cargo Overtrouser (L01-Y-LEO) delivers serious all-weather protection in a sustainably made, practical design — purpose-built for workers who need reliable hi-vis coverage and waterproofing without sacrificing comfort or ease of use. Constructed from EcoViz® 4K 300D recycled PU polyester, the Appledore is made from recycled plastic bottles. An independently verified lifecycle assessment (Green Story, ISO 14040:2006 & ISO 14044:2006) confirms that each garment avoids 2.16kg of CO2, saves 9kWh of energy, diverts 449g of waste, and saves 5 litres of water compared to conventional production — making it a clear choice for sustainability-conscious procurement. Certified to EN343 Class 4 Waterproofness and EN343 Class 2 Breathability, the Appledore keeps water out while managing internal moisture during active work. ISO 20471 Class 1 high visibility certification and Retromax® reflective tape ensure compliance and conspicuity on site. Designed as an overtrouser, it's easy to pull on over existing workwear thanks to an elasticated waist with shock cord adjuster and lower leg zip openings with Velcro fastened storm flaps — allowing the trousers to be fitted and removed quickly, even over boots. Side access openings give reach-through to the pockets of the trousers underneath, while large Velcro-fastened cargo pockets provide additional on-garment storage. Available in Yellow (S–6XL).
