The Leo Workwear Tawstock Baffle Lined Anorak (A01-Y-LEO) is a fully featured, sustainably made hi-vis anorak engineered for workers who need Class 3 visibility, Class 4 waterproofing, and genuine warmth across a full working day in tough outdoor conditions. The outer shell is 100% EcoViz® 4K recycled PU polyester at 190gsm, made entirely from recycled plastic bottles. An independently verified lifecycle assessment (Green Story, ISO 14040:2006 & ISO 14044:2006) confirms that each Tawstock avoids 3.04kg of CO2, saves 13kWh of energy, diverts 1.13kg of waste, and saves 8 litres of water versus conventional manufacturing — one of the strongest sustainability credentials in its category. Certified to ISO 20471 Class 3 — the highest hi-vis standard — and EN343 Class 4 Waterproofness with Class 1 Breathability, the Tawstock is built to perform in high-risk, high-exposure environments. Retromax® reflective tape delivers strong conspicuity in low-light and traffic-adjacent conditions. Inside, a warm baffle lining provides insulation during cold weather working, while Lycra storm cuffs seal the wrists against wind and rain. The full-length Velcro-fastened storm flap reinforces the two-way main zip for maximum weather resistance, and a drop tail back provides additional coverage at the lower back. The hood stores neatly in the collar and deploys quickly when needed. Storage is genuinely well thought through: Velcro-fastened front pockets, an internal wallet pocket, and a standout internal zip-fastened large pocket with a dedicated mobile phone compartment — ideal for keeping devices accessible and protected on site.
